I placed my order, what happens now?

We take care of the rest! If we have any other questions, we will reach out.  If you loved your greeting please share it with your family and friends and tag us @theyardcardkids on your Instagram and Facebook posts!

What is included in my order?

This includes set up the evening before your event by 11pm, and pick up 48 hours later. If you would like to set up for an extra day, we charge an extra $25/day. You would add this to your cart during checkout.

Can I order something I don’t see on your site?

We will absolutely do our best to provide! Please allow us approximately 3 weeks to get you what you would like to see.  Don’t hesitate to ask!

What areas do you service?

We deliver to Sugar Land, Stafford, Missouri City, and parts of Houston Richmond/Rosenberg, Pearland, and Bellaire within a 20 mile radius. Outside of 10 miles, there will be an additional $25 delivery charge from 11-14 miles. 14-20 miles is an additional $35.  We currently do not go beyond 20 miles. During the booking process, it will let you know if there is a charge. If you are unsure, just contact us!

Do you fill same day orders?

We sure do! This is based on availability and will include a $50 rush fee if booked within 24 hours of setup.  Don’t hesitate to ask!

Do you do Holiday deliveries?

We sure do! On deliveries on New years Eve, New Years day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day we charge an additional $25 for setup.  On these holidays, our setup times will vary so the kids can get home in time to celebrate with family!!

What is your refund policy?

    • Please let us know 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
    • If you change your mind in less than 48 hours, we can leave your credit for a future greeting OR refund you half of your fee.
    • If there is inclement weather keeping us from setting up your greeting, we will refund you your full fee.
    • We will not issue a refund if customer asks for the sign to be removed or the order was submitted incorrectly.

Policies -WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

We want to make this a fun experience for you and us!  We ask a few things…

    • Please do not remove the display.  We want to keep them in good condition and avoid break or ruin. You are responsible for replacing the damaged letter/graphic at $20 an item, and we don’t want to have to do that.
    • Please water your lawn generously in the days prior and of the installation.  If the lawn is too dry we can refuse set-up upon arrival with a 50% refund.
    • Please do not attach balloons to the display. The heat can ruin our signage.
    • If you have sprinklers, please turn them off for the duration of your display.
    • Please avoid lawn service during the duration of the display.
    • If you are in a gated community, please provide us an access code. We don’t want anything to prohibit us from doing this for you.
